To the person who cut me off this morning: I know you probably passed your driver’s test, but I just wanted to remind you that when the roads are slick and icy, it’s probably not a good idea to just pull out IN FRONT OF SOMEONE… especially when there is NO ONE BEHIND THEM and you could have waited just a few more seconds. The reason why I honked at you was because I was terrified to hit my breaks…
So I deleted my ashleydesign blog. Actually, I deleted the twentysixcats blog accidentally instead. Oops! Fortunately, I still had the files so I just uploaded them again, and the database wasn’t touched. Phew. I gave myself a little scare there for a moment. I also updated my “About Me” page. It is now 100 things about me. It’s rather stream-of-consciousness and hopefully not too boring. :-) I enjoyed writing it. I will probably take the less interesting ones and update…

Today, as most of you know, is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Here in Atlanta, it’s a big deal (although both Paul and I are working today *sigh*). I don’t have many thoughts on the subject right now, but I did find this very interesting. Do you think that we will ever successfully erase diversity barriers?
You may notice a new feature in my commenting form that requires you to add two numbers. I’m hoping this will help in the spam. I turned off Akismet (my spam filter) again, and this morning had a million spam comments waiting for moderation. Hmm… Anyone have ideas as to how they are able to bypass this?
