My church is having a mother/daughter banquet tomorrow and they asked me to give a little “inspirational” talk. I’ve been trying to think of what to say. I could talk about my own mother forever, but I should probably say something that more women can relate to. :-)

I want to tie in missions and my life as a missionary kid, because I don’t think this church focuses on global awareness much – if at all. So I’m trying to figure out what I can say that will be general enough that people will be able to relate, yet talking about missions and talking about mother/daughter relationships all at once! I’m excited about this, but I want to do well at the same time.

Anyone have any ideas?
