I talked to Caryn today, and told her how upset I was about the senior banquet on Thursday. She was very understanding, which made me feel a lot better. She explained that it wasn’t completely thought through, and by the time Caryn found out about it, it was too late to realize how exclusive it was. But anyway, the good news is Caryn and I decided to have a special dessert for Bethany, Jason, and I – three junior/seniors who are graduating early (Bethany is graduating at the same time as me and Jason is graduating in a few weeks). I am so happy! Caryn understood the need for closure, and I know that’s what bothers me the most about the senior banquet. So I’m going to make special invitations for Bethany and Jason. I’m excited.

So yeah :-) That made my day. It even makes me smile despite the news that my car doesn’t have air conditioner. :-( (Which is bad since I’m driving to Florida in a little over a week.) Oh well…
