I am a proud owner of two new pairs of glasses. One pair I got last night… and for those of you who know me you are probably wondering why it took me so long to replace the last ones I had that broke. Last night I purchased a new pair of blue sunglasses. :-) So, I am cool once again and I’m excited about that.

The other pair are real glasses that help me see and replace the ones that broke when I fell. I went to the eye doctor today and excitedly picked out new lenses for myself. I haven’t done that in a long time! Our insurance covers up to $100 and so it was like Christmas. I felt spontaneous and so I got some that are very different from anything I’ve ever had before. It’s a big change! I’m not used to them yet; I feel weird wearing them around people I know. I went over to Gerig and no one noticed, but that’s because the only people I saw were guys. I’m sure once I see girls they will notice my awesome glasses. :-) (To Matt’s credit, he noticed but I had told him I was wearing them… But he said he liked them and said they matched my hair. :-))

So yeah, because I like emails I’m going to make anyone who wants to see a picture of me in my new glasses email me. :-) And then I will send you a picture. Yay! emails for my inbox, that makes me happy. :-D
