I have a new favorite dinner. I call it Pita Pizzas and they’re super easy to make. And they’re healthy! Ingredients: – Whole wheat pita bread (1 per person) – Pizza or spaghetti sauce – 2 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded (per person) – 1 oz. turkey sausage (per person) First you take the pita bread and put pizza sauce on top. So I’ve been getting some bad heartburn recently. I’ve struggled with heartburn off and on for the past year or so – it seems like it gets really bad for a few days, and then eases up for a while, and so on.
