site statistics
So today out of curiosity I decided to check the site statistics for my website. I am very pleased to announce that almost 80% of people who visit my blog use Mozilla Firefox. :-D hehe Now I don’t feel so bad when I always forget to test my designs in IE before I make them live. By the way, 14% of my website viewers use IE. (This is data collected in the past month.)
Another interesting stat: The most popular link to my site is on Susan’s blog (25%), but Beth’s blog is a close second.
Anyways, that’s all that’s interesting for now. Night, ya’ll! :-)

What about specific people’s access? Can you get that kinda info?
What do you mean, eaxctly?
Mine blog is a close second? Maybe because I sometimes navigate from your site to mine through the link. I didn’t think anyone read my blog but you!
Yeah I thought that was weird too! :-) This was measuring unique visits too. Maybe more people read your blog than you realize. :-)
Geez, 80% Firefox? You must have geeky friends ;-)
Yeah, seriously…
I think we proved that with this post. :-)
Oh I forgot to say that there was only one Linux user – the rest were XP or OS X.
As in who’s the most frequent reader/Commenter?
Not really… that would be cool! Unless of course I don’t know how to get data from these site statistics… hmmm :-/ I still don’t think I can tell which specific IP addresses visits the most.
Oh well.
Thanks for looking :-)
PS, is that bstats that you are using?
I’m not sure what bstats is… I am using the web statistics in the admin panel for my hosting server.
bstats is a plugin for WordPress that tracks stuff like that.

Kind of late commenting – whirlwind of a few days. That’s interesting that my my site generates 25%. Hmm. It must be because of my large ;) readership. . .
when I read blogs, I read yours Beth. But since I havent blogged or anything for weeks, I havent seen yours recently, but I’ll go there next :)
